Such a gift is very relevant for farmers who need to milk 20 cows every day in conditions of unstable electricity supply.
The Topilky family is constantly improving and effectively runs their dairy business, even neighbors who have 1-2 cows come to them for advice, and when they calve, they call for help.
History of the farm
Sofia and Volodymyr Topylko are a large family of farmers. The couple has 5 children: 15-year-old Maria, 14-year-old Maxim, 12-year-old Denis, 10-year-old Volodymyr, and 7-year-old Anna. The farm is their only source of income. The war significantly reduced the family's earning capacity. Prices for fuel, veterinary drugs, and seeds have increased. The farm is becoming more and more difficult to maintain. And funds are also needed for the needs of a large family.
Volodymyr does not want to leave his family and go to work again. He wants to see how children grow, participate in family holidays, and not just look at photos on the phone. In addition, working at home is also a support for one's native village.
There are currently 13 cows, heifers, and calves on the farm. Older children willingly help their parents in the household, because they understand that it is difficult for them to cope on their own. Volodymyr's eldest son is also interested in farming. He always participates in all pieces of training organized by the project.
In order to develop the farm and increase the productivity of the existing livestock on the 'Milk Cloud' farm, it is necessary to improve the fodder base. Currently, the farm performs most technological operations with rented equipment, as a result of which it is not always possible to meet the optimal deadlines and achieve the appropriate quality of the harvest.
Therefore, there was an urgent need to purchase its own agricultural equipment: a motor tractor with a power of 15-20 hp. and attached and trailed equipment to it. The purchase of this equipment will allow the owner to optimize and improve production processes and significantly save on equipment rental.
